2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

Contact form. Name, email address, subject, message and the IP address it is sent from. Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). To prevent abuse, we keep an encrypted fingerprint (hash) of the IP address and the time of submission for one hour.

Visit statistics (Matomo, without cookies). Pages visited, date and time, referring page, browser and device type, approximate country, the anonymised IP address (without the last two blocks) and clicks on downloads and links. Purpose: to understand how the website is used and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), with minimised data and no profiling.

Technical server logs. Like any web server, ours records the IP address, date, page requested and browser in order to keep the website secure and detect attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Remote support. The download button leads to AnyDesk, a program by AnyDesk Software GmbH, which applies its own privacy policy. During a support session we process only the data needed to resolve it.

3. How long we keep data

  • Form messages: for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and, after that, for as long as any liability may arise, unless you ask us to erase them sooner.
  • Statistics: for as long as they are useful for the website's statistics. You can ask us to delete those relating to your visits.
  • Server logs: for a limited period, for security purposes.

4. Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. Our processors are the hosting provider of our server and Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace), which manages our email. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@anacos.es or to our postal address, stating which right you are exercising. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

6. Marketing communications

We do not send marketing communications to people who contact us through the form, unless they expressly ask us to.

7. Security

The website is static, always served encrypted (HTTPS) and uses security headers. The form does not use third-party services to filter bots.

8. Changes

We will publish any changes to this policy here, with the date of the update.
