Which firewalls do you install?
Mainly Fortinet and Sophos. If you already have one, we check it's up to date and properly configured before suggesting a replacement.
Can you separate guest Wi-Fi from the company network?
Yes, and it's one of the first things we recommend: guests get internet access but can't see your computers, printers or servers. The same goes for cameras and other connected devices.
How do I connect two offices, or staff working from home?
With a VPN: an encrypted tunnel that lets the other office or a laptop at home work as if it were in the office, with access only to what it should reach.
What if the internet goes down?
We monitor your connection and get an alert if it fails. If your business can't afford to stop, we can add a backup connection, and the firewall switches over to it when the main line fails.
